got the same quadruple room booked online with the whole interior patio of the riad and the heating, as example. the breakfast was fresh, the check in was easy. location: the hotel was short walk to the main streets of the fes medinah and an alley off one of the main roads in the medina, and thankfully close to the car park area and the city center. furthermore, in a quiet area.

The hotel is conveniently located in a narrow alleyway, which may seem intimidating at first, but with the help of the friendly staff, finding your way is a breeze. It is also close to a main street, making it easy to explore the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the manager going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and the rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the surroundings.
Some rooms may not have a kettle or TV, but this can easily be overlooked considering all the other positive aspects of the hotel.

The breakfast every morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions.- The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and guiding us through the check-in process.
The ceilings and doorways in some parts of the hotel were extremely low, causing us to bump our heads several times. It was not mentioned beforehand, but there was an additional city tax of 2.5 EURO per night per person, which added to the overall cost.
